
Classical Academy wins the 2025 Small Schools Scrimmages

The 2025-26 season highlights star performances for the Sunshine State!

Classical Academy of Sarasota represented Florida in the national small schools scrimmage squeaking out the top overall position, leading over twenty five other teams competing across the nation. The team racked up 18,817 points across the seven objective examinations taking up out a strong win by over a thousand points over the runner-ups. Two Minnesota schools rounded up the podium with LCWM earning 16,580 points through the competition while Avalon High School took bronze with 15,494 points.

The season continues with Florida's qualifying tournaments in regionals and state events to determine the members who will represent our state at the Nationals Competitions held in Orange County, California in April 2026. Best of luck to our students!
